Keep your people.Remember what was said.Follow through.

Callmory backs up your contacts, keeps your own notes with every person, tracks what you promised and what you are waiting for, and holds private records behind a separate lock. It never listens to your calls.

One email when your invite is ready. No account needed to use the basics.

Protect

Back up your phone contacts and everything you keep in Callmory to files you control, and restore them with a preview first.

Remember

Attach written and voice notes, promises and reminders to the person they belong to, so the context is there next time.

Keep private

Move chosen people and their notes into a space with its own passcode, its own encryption and its own backup.

Say it once after the call. Callmory sorts out who owes what.

Speak or type a quick summary in your own words. Callmory keeps the note, and with AI help turned on, it drafts the separate tasks: what you will do and what you are waiting for. Nothing is saved until you check it, and a missing date is asked, not invented.

A backup that tells you what it holds.

Save your phone contacts as a portable VCF or CSV file, or your whole Callmory as one encrypted, password-protected file with the real voice recordings inside. Restoring shows a preview first and never silently overwrites a record that changed.

  • Pick contacts from your phone or from Callmory
  • Send the file to Mail, Files or any app you choose
  • Encrypted app backup with notes, follow-ups and audio
  • Restore back into your phone's contacts, with your approval
  • See which accounts your contacts live in and what Callmory can reach

Find the person, not just the name.

Search by name, number, email, company or profession, and by what you wrote in your notes. Type "dentist" and find the dentist you saved as Dr. Elif. Callmory only finds what you recorded; it never guesses a profession from a name.

  • Several numbers and emails per person, company, title, city
  • Where and how you met, preferred name, tags and lists
  • Favorites, keypad search and Focus Lists you save
  • Possible duplicates shown to you, never merged on their own
  • Original Home / Work / Mobile labels, addresses, birthdays and photos kept intact

Notes and follow-ups that stay with the person.

Write a note or record yourself in a few seconds. On supported devices it becomes editable text. Every note, reminder and call-back lands on that person's timeline, and the day view shows what is late, what is due today and who you have not spoken to in a while.

  • Written and voice notes, with no AI required
  • Reminders with a date and time, recurring follow-ups, snooze and done
  • Call-back reminders for a number even before it is a contact
  • Each reminder linked to the note it came from
  • Before a call: your last key point, open tasks on both sides, what to bring up
Callmory Calls screen: search by name, profession, city or number; favorites; a call-back due today with its reason; recent calls with your own notes
Built, in security review

A private space with its own key.

Move a person into the private space and their notes, voice recordings and follow-ups move with them. It is stored separately, encrypted, opened with its own passcode and locked when you leave the app. It has a recovery key and its own encrypted backup.

  • Kept out of normal search, notifications, widgets, exports and AI
  • Move people in and out together with their records
  • Change the passcode or renew the recovery key at any time
  • Opens to everyone only after device testing and an independent security review

It does not hide your phone's own contacts or call history; those stay as they are.

What Callmory will never do.

These are product rules, not settings. They decide what we build.

  • Record phone calls or the other person's voice
  • Upload your address book in the background
  • Build a shared caller-ID or phone lookup database
  • Read your WhatsApp or SMS conversations
  • Send a message or merge contacts without you
  • Hide your phone's call history or system screens
  • Send your private space to AI
  • Say "fully backed up" about data it could not reach

Free at its core.

Optional paid help is for AI features that cost us to run. Its contents and price will be set after pilot testing.

Free

No card, no ads, no time limit

  • Contact backup and restore
  • Finding people and starting calls
  • Written and voice notes, reminders and follow-ups
  • The private space, once its security review is complete
  • Reading and exporting all of your own data

Pro, optional

Planned, not on sale yet

  • AI that turns notes into structured tasks, within a clear quota
  • Call preparation from several past notes
  • Follow-up drafts that fit the conversation

Getting your old data back, and basic security, will never sit behind a subscription.

The order we ship in.

Trust first, then memory, then AI. Each step opens only after its own device tests pass.

  1. Contact coverage

What Callmory can see, from which account, and what it can back up.

  2. Reliable backup and restore

Verified on a second device, field by field.

  3. Private space

Physical device tests and an independent review.

  4. Memory and follow-up

Two-sided tasks on every screen and reminder.

  5. AI help

Multiple tasks from one note, prep and drafts, on a set budget.

Questions

Does Callmory record my phone calls?

No. Callmory never records the other side of a phone call. After a call you can speak or type your own short summary; that recording is only your voice, made when you press record.

Do I need an account?

No. Contacts, notes, follow-ups and file backups work on your phone without signing in. An account is only needed for optional sync and AI help, and moving device data into an account always asks first.

Is my whole address book uploaded?

No. You choose which contacts to bring into Callmory. Nothing is uploaded silently, and editing a person in Callmory never changes your phone's contacts on its own.

What is in a Callmory backup?

A contacts backup is a portable VCF or CSV file. An app backup is a password-protected, encrypted file with your people, notes, follow-ups and the actual voice recordings. The private space has its own encrypted backup. Callmory shows what each file includes before you save or restore it.

Can Callmory see all my calls?

No. The call list shows calls you started from Callmory and the calls you logged yourself. It is not a copy of your iPhone's full call history.

Does the AI see my private space?

No. AI help is off until you turn it on separately, and private space content is never sent to it automatically.
